Stephen R. Hook, M.D.

Dr. Stephen Hook completed his undergraduate studies at Rice University. He earned his M.D. and completed a Fellowship in Ophthalmic Pathology
at Baylor College of Medicine.  He completed his residency and fellowship in Cornea and External Diseases of the Eye at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston.  Dr. Hook is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
